Overview
This policy explains what information is collected when you read, comment on, or write to Exquisite Designs, how that information is used, and the choices you have. Exquisite Designs is a WordPress site that publishes articles about interiors, renovation, and related topics.
What comes to us and from where

Comments on articles
Comments are open on this site. When you post a comment, WordPress asks for your name, email address, and (optionally) a website URL. The comment text and these fields are stored with the comment. WordPress also records the IP address and browser user agent that were used to submit the comment. This helps with moderation and to deter spam and abuse.
Comments are reviewed before appearing. If your comment is approved, it is published along with the name you provided. Your email address and IP address are not published.
If you ask us to remove one of your published comments, we will unpublish it where feasible. Copies may remain in backups and moderation records.
Email sent to us
If you email us at any of our published addresses, we receive the contents of your message and the standard email headers (such as sender, recipient, time, and routing data). We use this information to respond and to manage submissions, editorial queries, partnerships, and rights matters.
Cookies and similar storage
This site uses minimal cookies:
– WordPress sets session and preference cookies for administrators and logged-in users. Readers who do not log in will not receive these admin cookies.
– If you leave a comment and choose the “save my information” option, WordPress may store your name, email, and website in your browser so you do not have to retype them next time.

Server and CDN logs
When you visit the site, our hosting environment and CDN automatically record technical logs. How long we keep things
– Published comments are kept as part of the public record of the article. Moderation records and pending comments are kept as long as needed for review and site integrity.
– Emails are retained for as long as needed to handle the correspondence and maintain editorial and legal records.
– Server and CDN logs are kept for a short period suitable for security and operations, and longer only if required for investigations or legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
– You can choose not to leave a comment or not to store your details in your browser when commenting.
– You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it where applicable.
– You may object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict processing, where the law provides for those rights.
– Where relevant, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection or consumer privacy authority in your country or state. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concerns.
Children’s information
This site is aimed at a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit or publish personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information here, please contact us and we will address it.
